This recently constructed chalet on Bacon`s Bay offers an ideal marriage between the comforts of town and the easy lake access of a cottage. Situated on a private road within the limits of the town of Ayer`s Cliff, this cottage enjoys municipal services in a lakefront setting.
The house was built in 1996 and boasts thoroughly modern kitchen and bathrooms and lots of windows. Recently redecorated, it is fresh, bright and welcoming.
The main entrance is on the upper floor which includes a modern kitchen, combined living and dining room, the Master Bedroom and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. A large balcony with BBQ stretches across the width of the chalet.
The lower level which is even with ground level has a family room with wood burning stove, a bedroom with twin beds, an alcove with a sofa-bed and a full bathroom. This floor has patio doors leading to the large enclosed front lawn and secure access to the lake. Children are safe in the fenced yard and views of the lake are magnificent. There is a thirty foot dock and sandy beach.
